A deconstructed version of your favorite egg rolls, packed with flavorful ground chicken and crunchy vegetables.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
