1. The Service

SPX Evolution ("the Service", at spxwevolution.top) publishes a structural, statistical read of options positioning for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Trading futures and options carries a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

2. Accounts & sign-in

Accounts use a passwordless email sign-in link. You are responsible for the security of the email address on your account. For fairness, only one active session is allowed per account: signing in on a new device ends the previous session. Sharing your account or credentials is not permitted.

3. Supporter subscription

The optional Supporter plan is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Subscribers who joined at an early price keep that price for as long as their subscription remains active.

4. Premium API & indicator access

Premium members receive a personal API key for programmatic access (e.g. a trading-platform indicator). Keys are personal — do not share, publish or resell them. We may rate-limit or revoke a key in case of abuse.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell or redistribute the data, nor to use the Service unlawfully or to disrupt it.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
