Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 8 oz salami, sliced
  • 8 oz ham, sliced
  • 8 oz pepperoni, sliced

  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and olive oil. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until the yeast is activated and foamy. Add the salt and 2 cups of flour to the bowl and mix until a dough forms. Gradually add the remaining cup of flour to the dough, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
